ARMS CONTROL

13th July 1992
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6(2) of the Arms Control and Disarmament (Inspections) Act 1991(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Arms Control and Disarmament (Inspections) Act 1991 (Commencement) Order 1992.
2. Sections 1 to 5 of the Arms Control and Disarmament (Inspections) Act 1991 shall come into force on 17th July 1992.
