1. This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 27th August 1992.
2. The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1991(3) shall be further amended as follows-
(a)in Group 3D in Part II of Schedule 1, for entry PL7019 there shall be substituted the following entry:
Vacuum or controlled environment (inert gas) induction furnaces capable of operation above 850°C and having induction coils 600 mm (24 in) or less in diameter ... ... ... ... L, I, S, Y.
There are excluded from this entry furnaces designed for the processing of semiconductor wafers.".

This Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1991 by extending in scope the export control on induction furnaces.
