The International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1992

The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3(1), 4(1) and 19(1)(1) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations shall come into force on 1st December 1992 and may be cited as the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1992.

2. For the Schedule to the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 1985(3) there shall be substituted the Schedule to these Regulations.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations change most of the fees charged under the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 1985, as amended by the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1987, for testing, type approval and examination of goods vehicles, railway wagons and containers carrying perishable foodstuffs on international journeys.

The fees are, and were previously, as follows:
