The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the changes in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the Hillingdon Health Authority resulting from the establishment(2) and subsequent dissolution(3) of the Hillingdon Community Health National Health Service Trust and the establishment of the Harrow and Hillingdon Healthcare National Health Service Trust(4), having consulted that Health Authority and the latter Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Harrow and Hillingdon Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 12th July 1994.
(2) In this Order-
"the Authority" means the Hillingdon Health Authority;
"the Trust" means the Harrow and Hillingdon Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Hillingdon Community Health National Health Service Trust on 20th March 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and that Trust.
2. On 12th July 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Harrow and Hillingdon Healthcare National Health Service Trust on 12th July 1994 trust property formerly held by the Hillingdon Health Authority. The property, rights and liabilities of the Hillingdon Community Health National Health Service Trust were transferred to the Harrow and Hillingdon Healthcare National Health Service Trust by order under paragraph 30 of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the NHS Executive, National Health Service Trust Unit, 1W29 Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
1977 c. 49; section 92(1) has been amended by section 11(5) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19).
