In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 12(4) of the Immigration Act 1988(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration Act 1988 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1994.
2. Section 7(1) of the Immigration Act 1988 shall come into force on 20th July 1994.

(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 20th July 1994 section 7(1) of the Immigration Act 1988, which provides that a person shall not require leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom in any case in which he is entitled to do so by virtue of an enforceable Community right or of any provision made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972. On 20th July 1994 the whole of the 1988 Act will be in force.
