(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Education (Inner London Education Authority) (Property Transfer) Order 1990, which transferred the premises of the former Rutland School to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets subject to a condition that the premises should be brought into use for Tower Hamlets' purposes as a local education authority by 1st April 1997 and, if not, disposed of with the proceeds of sale being distributed to the other inner London councils. This Order lifts that condition and amends the 1990 Order.
