(This note is not part of the Regulations)
The Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) (Suspension) Regulations 1995 provided that most provisions of the Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) Regulations ("the principal Regulations") should come into force on the day on which Council Regulation (EC) No. 3381/94 (not yet published) was published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
These Regulations now provide that the principal Regulations will come into force on 1st July 1995, the date fixed by Council Regulation (EC) No. 837/95 (O.J. L 90, 21.4.95, p.1) as the date from which Regulation 3381/94 will apply.
