Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60, 61, 77(1) and 102(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1) and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Isle of Man) (Revocation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 22nd June 1995.
2. The Air Navigation (Isle of Man) Order 1979(2) is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Air Navigation (Isle of Man) Order 1979, which extended to the Isle of Man, subject to exceptions, adaptations and modifications, the Air Navigation Order 1976 (S.I. 1976/1783). The 1979 Order has been superseded by legislation made by virtue of the Airports and Civil Aviation Act 1987 (an Act of Tynwald).
1982 c. 16; the provisions cited above extend to the Isle of Man by virtue of the Civil Aviation Act (Isle of Man) Order 1952 (S. 1952/1032">1952/1032), as amended. That Order has effect as if made under section 108 (1) of the 1982 Act.
