The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 23 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994(1) hereby makes the following Order-
1. This Order may be cited as the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1995.
2. The provisions of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994 not already in force shall come into force on 1st July 1995.

This Order brings into force on 1st July 1995, with the exception of one provision, the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994. The provision is section 21(1) in so far as it relates to paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Act, which was brought into force on 15th February 1995 (S.I. 1995/145).
