The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990(2) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Calderdale Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 6th July 1995.
2. In Article 3(2)(a) of the Calderdale Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992(3) for the words "Royal Halifax Infirmary, Free School Lane, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 2YP." there shall be substituted the words "Halifax General Hospital, Salterhebble, Halifax HX3 OPW and associated hospitals;".

This Order amends the Calderdale Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 to alter the name and address of the hospital at which accommodation and services (which the NHS trust established by that Order is to own and manage) are to be provided.
1977 c. 49; section 126(3) was amended by section 65(2) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19).
