The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 5 of the Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1995.
2. The Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995 shall come into force on 6th August 1995.
