The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 29 of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (Amendment of Section 23) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.
2. Section 23(1) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (distributing bodies for sums allocated for expenditure on or connected with the arts)(2) shall be amended by substituting "the Arts Council of Northern Ireland" for "the Arts Council of Northern Ireland 1994".

This Order amends section 23(1) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993, as amended by the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (Amendment of Section 23) Order 1994, by substituting the Arts Council of Northern Ireland for the Arts Council of Northern Ireland 1994. The Arts Council of Northern Ireland is a statutory corporation established by the Arts Council (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (S.I. No. 1995/1623 (N.I. 8)).
Section 23(1) was amended by the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (Amendment of Section 23) Order 1994 (S. 1994/1342">1994/1342).
