The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1)and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of establishments and facilities formerly managed by the Bury Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Greater Manchester Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted the Bury and Rochdale Health Authority(3)and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Greater Manchester Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 14th September 1995.
(2) In this Order-
"the Authority" means the Bury and Rochdale Health Authority;
"the Trust" means the Greater Manchester Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 22nd June 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
2. On 14 September 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Greater Manchester Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust on 14 September 1995 trust property formerly held by the Bury and Rochdale Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the NHS Executive, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
1977 c. 49; section 92(1) has been amended by section 11(5) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19).
