The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 4(3) of the Immigration Act 1971(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Registration with Police) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.
2. In regulation 10(3) of the Immigration (Registration with Police) Regulations 1972(2) (which relates to the fee paid for the issue of registration certificates), for the figure "£30" there shall be substituted the figure "£34".

These Regulations increase the fee payable when aliens are required to register with the police from £30 to £34.
