The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 13(4) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Gaming Licence Duty (Games) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.
2. Super pan 9 and casino stud poker shall be added to the games mentioned in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 and, accordingly, that section shall apply to them.
