1. This Order may be cited as the Essex Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1996 and shall come into force on 28th October 1996.
2. In Article 4 of the Essex Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991(3) for "5 non-executive" there shall be substituted "4 non-executive" and for "5 executive" there shall be substituted "4 executive".

This Order amends the constitution of an NHS trust established by Order under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990, by reducing the number of non-executive directors from 5 to 4 and the number of executive directors from 5 to 4.
1977 c. 49; section 126(3) was amended by section 65(2) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19).
