The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities previously managed by the former Solihull Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Solihull Healthcare National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Solihull Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 30th June 1997.
(2) In this Order-
"the Authority" means Solihull Health Authority, established on 1st April 1996(3);
"the old Authority" means the former Solihull Health Authority, abolished on 1st April 1996(4);
"the trust" means the Solihull Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the old Authority and the trust on 8th March 1996 which schedule has been signed on behalf of the old Authority and the trust.
2. On 30th June 1997 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the trust.

This Order transfers to the Solihull Healthcare National Health Service Trust on 30th June 1997 trust property held by Solihull Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Room 1N33F, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
