The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as The A406 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 13th May 1999.
2. The A406 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In schedule 2, items 15, 16, 17 and 18 are deleted.
4. In schedule 3A, item 1 is substituted as follows:
1. The A406 North Circular Road, the north side, from a point 6.6 metres west of the western kerb-line of Tillingbourne Gardens to a point 60.2 metres west of the western kerb-line of Tillingbourne Gardens and having a width of 2.3 metres throughout. | At any time |
