1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Welsh Language Forms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
2.-(1) Form 88(2)CYM in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variations as circumstances require, is a form prescribed for the purposes of section 88(2) of the Companies Act 1985.
(2) Form 88(2)CYM in the Schedule to the Companies (Welsh Language Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1999(3) is hereby revoked.

(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations prescribe an amended Form 88(2)CYM for the purposes of section 88(2) of the Companies Act 1985, with effect from 23rd September 1999; the form is in Welsh as well as in English. It replaces Form 88(2)CYM as prescribed in the Companies (Welsh Language Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 which is revoked. The only amendment to the form is to make clear in what circumstances details must be given of the allotment of shares which are allotted as fully or partly paid up otherwise than in cash.
