The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 6th December 1999.
2. The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997(3) is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In schedule 2B item 13 is varied as follows:
| "13. | The A41 Hendon Way, northbound carriageway, the south-west side, between a point 14 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Graham Road and a point 44 metres north-west of that kerb-line. | 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday Inclusive | 1 hour | 2 hours" |
4. In schedule 2B item 6 is varied as follows:
| "6. | The A41 Watford Way, northbound carriageway, the west side, from the north-western boundary of 7 Watford Way north-westwards for a distance of 17 metres. | 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday Inclusive | 20 minutes | 40 minutes" |
5. In schedule 4, item 15 is varied as follows:
"The A41 Watford Way, northbound carriageway, between the party wall of 25 and 27 Watford Way and a point 17 metres north-west of the north-western boundary of 7 Watford Way."
6. In schedule 4, item 17 is varied as follows:
"The A41 Hendon Way, northbound carriageway, between a point 2 metres north of the southern flank wall of 397 Hendon Way and a point 44 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Graham Road."
7. In schedule 4, item 18 is deleted.
