The Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2002

  Made 4th February 2002 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 127(1) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001[1] hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2002.

     2. Part 12 (sections 108 to 110) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 shall come into force on 14th February 2002.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)


This Order provides for the coming into force on 14th February 2002 of Part 12 (bribery and corruption) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001.
