(a) section 90;

(b) in Schedule 6 the repeal of - 


(i) in section 80(1)(e) of the Local Government Act 1972[3], the words "or under the Audit Commission Act 1998";

(ii) in section 16(1)(a) of the Audit Commission Act 1998[4], the words "or 18";

(iii) section 17(1)(b) of that Act and "and" preceding it;

(iv) in section 17(2) of that Act, the words "subject to subsection (3)" and paragraphs (a) and (b) and the word "and" following paragraph (b);

(v) section 17(3), (5)(b), (7) and (8) of that Act; and

(vi) section 18[5] of that Act.
