MATRIMONIAL CAUSES, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Divorce (Religious Marriages) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003

  Made 30th January 2003 

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2(2) of the Divorce (Religious Marriages) Act 2002[1] hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Divorce (Religious Marriages) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003.

     2. The Divorce (Religious Marriages) Act 2002 shall come into force on 24th February 2003.
