The Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003

  Made 11th August 2003 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 201(2) of the Licensing Act 2003[1], hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003.

     2. The following provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 shall come into force on 10th September 2003 -

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force on 10th September 2003 the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 set out in article 2.
