DANGEROUS DRUGS

The Drugs Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2005

  Made 22nd June 2005 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 24(3) of the Drugs Act 2005[1], hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Drugs Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2005.

    
2. Section 21 (inclusion of mushrooms containing psilocin etc. as Class A drugs) of the Drugs Act 2005 shall come into force on 18th July 2005.
