DANGEROUS DRUGS

The Drugs Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005

  Made 8th August 2005 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 24(3) of the Drugs Act 2005[1], hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Drugs Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005.

    
2. —(1) The provisions of the Drugs Act 2005 which are specified in paragraph (2) shall come into force on 1st September 2005.

    (2) The provisions specified for the purposes of paragraph (1) are—

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force provisions of the Drugs Act 2005. The provisions specified in article 2(2) are brought into force on 1st September 2005.
