The Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (Amendment) Order 2005

  Made 14th December 2005 
  Coming into force 15th December 2005 

At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of December 2005

Present,

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Education Act 2005 [1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 15th December 2005.

     2. In the Schedule to The Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 2) Order 2005 [2] the name "Richard Henry Harris" is omitted.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)


This Order amends The Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 2) Order 2005 by removing Richard Henry Harris as one of Her Majesty's Inspectors of Schools in England.
