HIGHWAYS, ENGLAND

The A550 Trunk Road (Improvement between Deeside Park and Ledsham) (Detrunking) Order 1994 (Revocation) Order 2006

  Made 9th August 2006 
  Coming into force 1st September 2006 

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10, 12 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980[1] and now vested in him[2] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:

     1. This Order may be cited as the A550 Trunk Road (Improvement between Deeside Park and Ledsham) (Detrunking) Order 1994 (Revocation) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st September 2006.

     2. The A550 Trunk Road (Improvement between Deeside Park and Ledsham) (Detrunking) Order 1994 is hereby revoked.
