The A38 Trunk Road (Dobwalls Bypass) (Detrunking) Order 2006

  Made 25th August 2006 
  Coming into force 1st September 2006 

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 12 of the Highways Act 1980[1] and now vested in him[2]:-

     1. This Order may be cited as the A38 Trunk Road (Dobwalls Bypass) (Detrunking) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st September 2006.

    
2. In this Order—

     3. The length of road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a classified road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Cornwall County Council that the new trunk roads are open for traffic.
