In paragraph 1A of article 3 of the 2003 Order after the words "are prohibited to be exported to any Member State" add "or any of the Channel Islands".
4.
In paragraph 11(b)(iii) of article 11 of the 2003 Order insert at the end ", or from a Member State to any of the Channel Islands or from any of the Channel Islands to a Member State".
5.
In paragraph 9(a) of article 21 of the 2003 Order delete the words "as it applies to any person who is concerned (in whatever capacity) in the exportation of goods for which an entry is required by or under that Act".
6.
In paragraph (4A)(a) of article 3 of the Trade Order insert at the end ", or from a Member State to any of the Channel Islands or from any of the Channel Islands to a Member State".
7.
In paragraph (4A) of article 4 of the Trade Order insert at the end ", or from a Member State to any of the Channel Islands or from any of the Channel Islands to a Member State".
