The Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) Order 2007

  Made 6th March 2007 
  Coming into force 7th March 2007 

At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 6th day of March 2007

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Education Act 2005[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and commencement
     1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) Order 2007 and comes into force on 7th March 2007.

Appointment of Her Majesty's Inspector of Schools in England
     2. The person named in the Schedule to this Order is appointed Her Majesty's Inspector of Schools in England.
