EMPLOYMENT

The Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2007

  Made 5th March 2007 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 29(1) and (2) of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004[1], makes the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2007.

Provisions coming into force
    
2. The following provisions of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 come into force on 6th April 2007—

This Order brings into force the provisions of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 specified in article 2 of the Order.
