The Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) (Revocation) Order 2007

  Laid before Parliament 31st May 2007 
  Coming into force 31st May 2007 

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 172 of the Housing Act 2004[1].

Citation and Commencement
     1. This Order may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) (Revocation) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 31st May 2007.

Revocation of the Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) Order 2007
     2. The Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) Order 2007[2] is revoked.
