The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 and 54(3) of the Education Act 1997(1).
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (QCA Levy) (Revocation) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 30th September 2008.
2. The Education (QCA Levy) Regulations 2002(2) and the Education (QCA Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 (3) are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Education (QCA Levy) Regulations 2002 and the regulations which amended them with effect from 30th September 2008.
