The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 91(9) of the Pensions Act 2004(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Material Detriment Test) Appointed Day Order 2009.
2. The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator Code of Practice No.12: Circumstances in relation to the material detriment test is 29th June 2009.
