The Queen´s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 157(2) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(1) makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Bermuda) Revocation Order 2009 and shall come into force on 12th November 2009.
2. The Copyright (Bermuda) Order 2003(2) is revoked.

This Order revokes the Copyright (Bermuda) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/1517) which extended to Bermuda, with exceptions and modifications as specified in that Order, the copyright provisions contained in Part 1 of and Schedule 1 to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.
