The Minister for the Cabinet Office, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973(1), with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Central Office of Information Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2011 and comes into force on 30th December 2011.
2. The Central Office of Information Trading Fund Order 1991(2) and the Central Office of Information Trading Fund (Variation) Order 1992(3) are revoked.

This Order revokes the Central Office of Information Trading Fund Order 1991 and the Central Office of Information Trading Fund (Variation) Order 1992. As a result, the COI Trading Fund established by that Order ceases to exist.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
