The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(2) of the Estates of Deceased Persons (Forfeiture Rule and Law of Succession) Act 2011(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Estates of Deceased Persons (Forfeiture Rule and Law of Succession) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011.
2. Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Estates of Deceased Persons (Forfeiture Rule and Law of Succession) Act 2011 come into force on 1st February 2012.

This Order makes provision for the commencement on 1st February 2012 of the Estates of Deceased Persons (Forfeiture Rule and Law of Succession) Act 2011, except for section 4, which came into force two months after the Act received Royal Assent.
