Coming into force in accordance with the Resolution
Resolved, pursuant to section 3 of the House of Commons Members' Fund Act 1948(1) and section 2 of the House of Commons Members' Fund and Parliamentary Pensions Act 1981(2), that the following shall be substituted for paragraph (6) of the Resolution of this House of 7 March 2005(3) with effect from April 2012:
"(6) the relevant percentage to be applied each April is the percentage applied for the purposes of Part I of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 in respect of that April".
