(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order, which extends to Great Britain, amends the Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012 ("the 2012 Order").
The Order inserts article 17A (withdrawal of preliminary accreditation for certain hydro generating stations) into the 2012 Order to place an obligation on the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority ("the Authority") to withdraw a granted preliminary accreditation in certain circumstances.
