The Lord Chancellor, with the concurrence of the Senior President of Tribunals, makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(9) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment) Order 2014 and comes into force on 8th August 2014.
2. (1) The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010(2) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 5A (functions of the Property Chamber), for paragraph (h) substitute-
"(h)proceedings relating to mobile homes and caravan sites."
(3) In article 13(1)(b)(i) (functions of the Tax and Chancery Chamber), for "Financial Services Authority" substitute "Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority".

This Order amends the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/2655) to reflect the conferral of further jurisdiction relating to mobile homes and new jurisdiction relating to caravan sites. An amendment is also made to reflect the replacement of the Financial Services Authority by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority.
An impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as it does not affect business, charities, voluntary bodies or the public sector.
S.I. 2010/2655 was amended by S.I. 2011/2342, 2012/1673 and 2013/1187.
