The Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of, and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service Act 2006(1).

The Treasury has consented to the making of this Order as required by paragraph 1(7) of that Schedule.

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2014 and comes into force on 31st March 2014.

Originating capital of NHS trust

2.  The originating capital of the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust(2) is £72,544,000.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order determines the amount of the originating capital, in accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 2006, of the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust.

2006 c. 41. Section 179(2) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (c.7) provides for the repeal of section 27 of the National Health Service Act 2006, (which gives Schedule 5 effect), but this provision is not yet in force.
