The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990(1), makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, apply to England only, and come into force on 10th June 2015.
2.-(1) Schedule 1 to the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015(2) is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 2, in column 2 of entry 18, after "Liquefied petroleum gas: 25" add the symbol "*".
(3) In Part 4-
(a)in paragraph 5, in the definition of QLX, before "Natural Gas (including liquefied natural gas)" insert "Liquefied petroleum gas and";
(b)in paragraph 17(a), for "notes 14 and 15" in both places it appears, substitute "notes 15 and 16"; and
(c)in paragraph 17(b), for "note 13(a) and 14(a)", substitute "note 14(a) and 15".

This statutory instrument corrects errors in Schedule 1 to The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015. The impact will be as set out in the impact assessment for those Regulations and this instrument by itself has no additional impact.
