The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 100 and 103(3) and (4) of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013(1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 8 and Saving Provisions) (Revocation) Order 2015.
2. The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 8 and Saving Provisions) Order 2015(2) is revoked.

This Order revokes the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 8 and Saving Provisions) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/641). This latter Order would otherwise have brought section 74 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (exploitation of design derived from artistic work) into force from 6th April 2020, subject to saving provisions.
