Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 4(4) of the Territorial Sea Act 1987(1), is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Territorial Sea Act 1987 (Guernsey) (Amendment) Order 2015 comes into force on 9th April 2015.
2. In the Schedule to the Territorial Sea Act 1987 (Guernsey) Order 2014(2), after subparagraph (a) insert-
"(aa)In subsection (1)(b), for "that territorial sea" there shall be substituted, "the territorial sea adjacent to the Bailiwick of Guernsey";".

This Order makes a corrective amendment to the Territorial Sea Act 1987 (Guernsey) Order 2014 (S.I. 2014/1105) which extended to the Bailiwick of Guernsey certain provisions of the Territorial Sea Act 1987, principally those which concern the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measure, with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to that Order.
