The Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Authorisation and Supervision of Master Trusts) Appointed Day Order 2018

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 91(9) of the Pensions Act 2004(1).

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Authorisation and Supervision of Master Trusts) Appointed Day Order 2018.

Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator's Code of Practice No. 15: Authorisation and supervision of master trusts is 18th October 2018.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order appoints 18th October 2018 as the day for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator's Code of Practice No. 15: Authorisation and supervision of master trusts.
