Abstract


John W. Bagby and Joseph J. Schwerha examine the effect that 'cloud' computing has on digital forensics, and consider the burden on privacy, security and the development of forensic quality evidence, and suggest it is necessary to re-interpret procedural and evidence law to reduce the risk of injustice as cloud architectures evolve.
