Abstract


Khaled Aljneibi considers the legal problems faced by the United Arab Emirates in relation to the search and seizure of electronic evidence and whether the UAE Criminal Procedure Law is sufficient to govern the process of gathering electronic evidence, and whether it can stand alone or if it needs supplementary legislation.
