Abstract


Adam J. Mambi explains the current status of electronic documents under the legal system in Tanzania in light of the landmark case ofTrust Bank Tanzania Ltd. v Le-marsh Enterprises Ltd., Joseph Mbui Magari, Lawrence Macharia, and suggests recent changes are not sufficient.
