Abstract


This article was developed from a paper originally preparedfor the 2013 Salzburg Workshop on Cyber Investigations under the supervision of Professors Laurel E. Fletcher, Chris Hoofnagle, Eric Stover, and Jennifer Urban.

Tommy Umberg and Cherrie Warden discuss cyber investigation protocols that enable the strategic mobilization and acquisition of digital evidence in the context of assisting the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court.
